Last Updated: November 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or utilizing the calculators on MetricNests (metricnests.site), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these provisions, you should discontinue use of the site.
2. Financial & Investment Estimation Disclaimer
All financial calculation tools on MetricNests (including Auto Loan, Compound Interest, Freelance Hourly Rate, Loan Payoff, Inflation, and Profit Margin) are provided strictly for educational, informational, and personal planning estimation purposes.
- Calculations rely on generalized algebraic formulas and user-provided inputs. They do not account for individual loan origination fees, variable lender compounding conventions, tiered credit spreads, municipal tax variances, or changes in monetary policy.
- Nothing on this website constitutes professional financial, mortgage underwriting, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
- Users are strongly encouraged to verify all figures and consult a licensed certified public accountant (CPA), fiduciary financial advisor, or qualified loan officer before entering into binding financial commitments.
3. Health & Nutritional Estimation Disclaimer
The Body Mass Index (BMI) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) calculators use standard public health formulas (specifically the World Health Organization adult BMI criteria and the Mifflin-St Jeor metabolic equation).
- BMI is a statistical screening metric for adult populations; it does not measure body fat percentage directly, does not differentiate between muscle mass and adipose tissue, and adult categories are not intended for children or pregnant individuals.
- TDEE estimates provide general baseline calorie approximations based on statistical population averages and cannot account for clinical metabolic disorders, thyroid conditions, or hormonal variations.
- These tools are not medical diagnostic devices. Never start aggressive calorie restriction, intensive exercise programs, or dietary regimens without consulting a qualified medical doctor or registered dietitian.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
MetricNests makes reasonable efforts to ensure mathematical formulas are accurate and reliable. However, the site and all calculation results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MetricNests and its maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, or from any decisions made in reliance on calculator outputs.
