1. Client-Side Calculation Processing
MetricNests is intentionally engineered so that all calculator inputs—including loan amounts, interest rates, freelance salaries, body measurements, work shifts, and dates—are processed entirely inside your web browser’s JavaScript runtime.
We do not transmit your numerical calculation data to our backend servers, and we do not store your calculation inputs in any database. When you reload or close your browser tab, your inputs are cleared from local memory.
2. Hosting Infrastructure & Technical Server Logs
Like virtually all internet websites, when you request a webpage on MetricNests, our web hosting provider (such as Vercel) automatically processes standard technical request data. This may include your IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, requested page URL, and request timestamps.
We recognize that under privacy frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), IP addresses can be considered personal data or online identifiers. This technical data is processed strictly under the legal basis of legitimate interest to deliver web assets reliably, mitigate DDoS and brute-force attacks, and maintain infrastructure security.
3. Advertising Partners & Cookies
To support the free operation of our calculators, MetricNests may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense, when advertising is active.

We do not use contact form submissions for promotional marketing newsletters, and we never sell or rent your contact details to third-party data brokers.
